Orders & shipping

Purchases made in DecoLive are regular decoexchange.com orders. Order confirmations, shipping updates, and returns all work exactly as they do on the website, and our team can help with any order by email.

Account & sign-in

DecoLive uses passwordless sign-in — enter your email (or use Sign in with Apple) and you're in. No passwords to reset.

You can delete your account any time in the app: Account tab → Delete my account. This permanently removes your account data.

Live shows

Live shows run on a schedule announced to our community. Between shows you can watch shoppable replays, browse New Arrivals, and shop collections right in the app.
